One of the technologies that in the last decades has had a considerable development is without any doubt the pulsed micro-welding; this has brought new technological solutions to several fields: from the medical to the electronical one, from computer science to the mechanic. Regarding the precision mechanic field huge improvement has been done in the LASER WELDING and the PLASMA PULSED WELDING.
For this reason T.D.S. expertise has grown up considerably in this field, getting more and more knowledge of this type of machines and their use, but above all of the filling materials.
Thanks to this know-how we can offer a wide range of steels: aluminium, bronze, titanium and copper wires, in several diameters (from d. 0,3mm up to d. 1,0mm), in different spools (50mt , 100 mt , 1 Kg spools or 1000mm rods) that are always available in our warehouse and ready to be shipped. A certificate of the chemical composition can be required at any time.
